How does Click & Collect work?
Simply choose your products online and add them to your shopping cart. At the point of checkout, select the 'Collect' option under Shipping. We'll prepare your order which will be available to collect from our office. Orders can be collected Monday to Friday during office hours. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
When your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that the order is ready. This will usually be within a 3 hours turnaround (excluding weekends and public holidays).
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please have your order confirmation email handy along with photo ID. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, we require written authorisation.

Delivery Time and Costs
We aim to pack and deliver regular parcels to Australian destinations within 2 business days. Goods will be dispatched on normal working days from Monday through Friday. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by weight, size and quantity and destination. All shipments are sent with couriers or Australia Post and delivered within normal business hours. A signature is required on delivery so please indicate a delivery address that will have a person present during normal business hours. Tracking and Delivery Status
Customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail which can be used to track the order through Australia Post or respective courier agencies.
International orders, customs duty and import charges
International shipping rates outside of Australia and New Zealand vary according to destination and fees. We are happy for you to contact us with your shipping address, order details and estimated cost and we will provide a shipping quote. We will contact you via email to finalise order and shipping arrangements. Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and you are best advised to check with relevant local customs authority to confirm details.
