Payment confirmation of order
To purchase items on Ginkgo Leaf Online Store please log in to create an account with us.
When an order is placed on ginkgoleaf.com.au, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. The order acceptance will be when the funds have been received. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders on Gingko Leaf Online Store;  ginkgoleaf.com.au

Prices
Prices do not include shipping or delivery charges. Prices shown on Gingko Leaf Online Store are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of Australian 10% GST.
We make every effort to ensure that the prices and availability shown on Gingko Leaf Online Store are current, however due to market variations, prices and availability will occasionally change. The price listed on Gingko Leaf Online Store is the price that you will be charged at the time of ordering.
Despite our endeavour to maintain accurate stock availability on Gingko Leaf Online Store, there may be mistake. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to back order or cancel it altogether.

Payment and security
We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or other credit cards) as payment via PayPal.

Our online store's shopping cart is hosted by Shopify which includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology.
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and this extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
Purchases made through Gingko Leaf Online Store are secured through PayPal, the most trusted internet payment processing company.
All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal’s secure connection. 
All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.

Returns and exchanges 

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. 

Refunds will not be considered unless the product was delivered in damaged form.
You are advised to open the package as soon as you received it and check the contents but the product must be returned in brand new unused condition. All original packaging and labels shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

We DO NOT accept any returned goods without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization.  


To exchange a product, please contact us at shop@ginkgoleaf.com.au as soon as possible to notify us of the return in order to reserve another product or size and make all necessary arrangements.
Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided.

Please note that shipping cost and taxes and custom duties are NOT refundable.

Ginkgo Leaf is not responsible for any damage sustain during return shipping.

Buyer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the returned item and all return shipping fees as well as any other expenses incurred to return the item to Gingko Leaf until it reaches us .

Please send us the tracking number so that it can be easily tracked. 
Damaged goods
We pack our packages very carefully, but in case of damaged products upon shipments, please claim within 7 days of package arrival.
Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no refund or insurance claims can be made after 7 days.
Please take a photo of the original damaged box so that we can contact our carrier if needed.
Once the damage or error on our part is confirmed we will make a full refund for you plus all shipping costs.
Please note that majority of Ginkgo Leaf items are handcrafted from natural materials such as wood, clay, glass or iron and these may have natural inconsistencies in grain or pattern which are very much appreciated in Japanese sense of aesthetics. Such ‘imperfections’ are not the basis of a legitimate damaged items return.
